Personnel Director Yolanda Foster has served as
Personnel Safety Director since May, 2011.
Ms. Foster is responsible for administration of the
Personnel and Human Resources Office and is
responsible for providing guidance to City employees
in the application of personnel procedures, policies,
regulations and decision within the City. Ms. Foster
works under the general guidance of and direction
of the Board of Mayor and Commissioners and is under
the daily supervision and direction of the Mayor.
