City Clerk Cathy Clark leads a Clarksdale Youth Job Opportunity Program training class.
The City of Clarksdale Youth Job Opportunity Program is in collaboration with a grant from The Walton Foundation.
In the photo on the right, Cathy Clark leads a class in life and interpersonal skills to the whole class.
The class is also broken down into smaller special groups with mentors guiding each. Led by their monitor, the children in these groups are further taught skills in the workforce and workplace etiquette.
